By accessing or using the Service, you signify that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with these terms, do not use the Service.

Use of Service

You may use the Service solely for personal, non-commercial purposes, and in compliance with applicable laws.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account credentials and restricting access to your devices.
You may not upload, store, share, or otherwise transmit any unlawful, harmful, offensive or infringing content using the Service.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you use the Service unlawfully or in clear violation of these terms.

Intellectual Property

The Service and all content, trademarks, trade names, service marks, and logos contained therein are the intellectual property of Readio and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not modify, copy, distribute, transmit, publicly display, commercially exploit or create derivative works from any content accessible through the Service without the express written consent of Readio.

User Content

Any text, audio, documents or other content you upload or provide through your use of the Service is used solely for the purpose of providing Service functionality to you and is not accessed, shared or distributed publicly or with any third parties except as required to technically provide the Service.

You retain ownership of any intellectual property rights that you hold in any content you provide through the Service. You grant Readio a worldwide, royalty-free license to use such content solely to the extent necessary to provide the Service.

Billing and Payments

Users can purchase monthly access plans that allow increased usage limits and access to premium Service features.
Payment is charged upfront when purchasing a monthly plan and does not automatically renew at the end of the month.
Users must manually purchase a new monthly plan each month to maintain access.
All monthly plan fees are clearly disclosed before the purchase is confirmed.

Power User Policy

If your account exhibits a pattern of repeatedly hitting your plan's defined usage limits, even if not technically exceeding them, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you and provide you with an opportunity to modify your usage patterns. However, if the power user behavior persists, we reserve the right to terminate your account and service access.

This policy is in place to allow us to effectively manage our resources and ensure a seamless experience for all users during our early growth stage. As we continue to scale and better understand our users' needs, we will reevaluate and adjust this policy accordingly.

Voice Cloning

You agree to only upload audio of yourself or for which you have explicit permission. Impersonation of others without consent is strictly prohibited. You retain ownership of your voice data, but grant us a license to process it for the purpose of the service.
